Project description
The municipally-owned housing block in Sofienberggata refurbished. An important part of the project is a total energy rehabilitation with new highly-insulated facades, a new ventilation system, thermal energy wells and solar energy collection on both the roof and the facades. In total these initiatives will reduce the building´s energy consumption by more than 70 percent. Residents of the newly renovated building will see these changes reflected in their electricity bills.
In addition to the upgrade of the building itself, also the backyard and the other outdoor spaces are refreshed. The project was completed in 2023.
